As we reach the end of an eventful decade—and the start of a new one—I would like to take a few moments to reflect on the core philosophy which has guided us since our inception in 2001: serving as a trusted partner to our customers, and focusing on the customer’s customer.
This focus, shared by every Volante employee, has over the years enabled us to successfully address our customers’ most complex challenges. By doing so, we have gained the trust of over one hundred banks, clearing houses, card networks, market infrastructures and financial institutions of all sizes worldwide.
Building on this, in the last six months of 2019, we achieved a number of important milestones:
- Launched our SEPA instant payments end-to-end processing service, the first of its kind on Microsoft Azure
- Released the first free real-time / instant payments service, democratizing access to these payment types for middle-market and community banks
- Accelerated the move to cloud by deploying our message validation services as self-serve applications on the AWS cloud
- Won Global Finance Magazine’s “Best Payments Solution” award at Sibos
