Enhancing Volante Technologies’ relationship with this key industry body
NEW YORK, LONDON, DUBAI, MEXICO CITY, 19 March 2014 – Volante Technologies, a global leader in the provision of innovative financial data integration, today announced that Dennis Goodenough, Director of Industry Relations for Volante Technologies, has been elected to the International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC) Board of Directors as an Associate Member.
Dennis’s election is the culmination of a long period of service to ISITC. Dennis has been active in the organization since 2000, serving as Vendor Forum Co-Chair for two-and-a-half years, as an active member of the Marketing Committee and as a speaker and organizer of the ISITC March Industry Forum. Dennis is also a past Steering Committee member of the Asset Managers Forum, part of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and has been an invited speaker at AMF, SIFMA and numerous industry events.

Dennis brings more than thirty years’ experience from working within various functions in financial services, with particular emphasis on post-trade operations. During an eleven-year tenure at SWIFT, the financial messaging cooperative, Dennis was responsible for large account management, business development, partner management, communications and regulatory relations.
A five-year tenure at the DTCC, the U.S. market's central securities depository led Dennis to work with STP initiatives, reference data and the move to T+3 settlement cycle. During his time at American Express, Dennis held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, operations and marketing.
Dennis holds an MBA in finance and marketing New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College.
